Türkiye has reaffirmed its readiness to facilitate a new round of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, according to a statement by Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov. The announcement came after discussions between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, underscoring Türkiye’s ongoing role as a mediator in the conflict.
Ushakov, speaking in Kazan, highlighted that Turkish authorities have expressed their willingness to host negotiations aimed at resolving the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
